Very warm weather with temperatures close or even over 30 °C returns to much of the southern half of Europe this week. Late summer sun continues unabated across most of Europe ...

Last Wednesdays TC to Manchester was 3 tonnes overweight, so had to refuel at Kavala. Local reports said it was due to over excess at the tavernas, but sources at the airport suggest it was winter woolies ...

August blues are descending rapidly into stormy September squabbles on the forums. It makes for interesting reading.

As the first grip of autumn sends a chill through the bones, the season of falling leaves is upon us. It makes us all try to hang on to the last sunrays of a golden summer past, with just dark nights and winter chill to look forward to.

Just 27 more days to go, enjoy the heat, where its best appreciated, on the beach ...
