One of those mornings ...

Where the clouds stick to the hill like glue - An 'Infinity grey' kind of day ...

The fish were even jumping out of the water, to see what was going on up above ...

Fish get nervous at the mention of Dolphins. However they need not have worried, it was Flying Dolphin Erato, seen here arriving at Skiathos on its maiden Sporades voyage to Volos. Strangely no welcome committee, just two port policemen, and me.

One passenger got off, from Skopelos, none boarded - well we do not know who sells the tickets ...

After a few minutes the Russian diesels were fired up, and Flying Dolphin Erato, gently cruised out of the harbour ...

Getting up on its hydroplanes, before disappearing into the misty sea haze. Leaving a trail of diesel smoke in its wake ...

I wonder how many people in town, thought they were dreaming when they heard the engines. Natures alarm call from Evia, was to come about twenty minutes later ...
