Skiathian's Bakery ...

Is back in business this morning ...

The house had a nice warm feel, and the scent of active yeast dough this morning. Thankfully not caused by damp penetrating from outside. Its cool and rather wet outside, so a perfect time to do something indoors. Here is my Sun-dried tomato, and Olive herbed bread ...

Its an olive bread with sliced sun-dried tomatoes, and a liberal sprinkling of oregano and thyme. The second prove, completed and its ready to go into the oven ...



The finished loaf now cooled ...

Sadly the blog, does not have the aroma added, to enhance the experience, for the blog readers ...
