Help yourself ...


You know it makes sense ...

Just add a glass of tsipouro, and some freshly fried hand-cut potatoes, with  a squeeze of lemon. Some taromosalata, and some skordalia with a splash of olive oil.

If you know a better lunch for a January Saturday please let me know ...

  1. Two suggestions to make the lunch even better:

    a) make sure you use roe from Artic cod for the taromosalata
    b) add another (or maybe even two) glasses of Tsipuro

    After seeing this, I'm afraid my home-made gyro portion will be to salty, I'll be crying over it, as I'm out of Tsipouro
