A little quieter ....

After the exodus, it's a little quieter ...

Last night, for the second night, the full moon even put a nip in the air too. It's a reminder that we are now on the downward slope towards the equinox, and approaching autumn.

This morning it's sunny, breezy and warm. The airport is once again busy, five aircraft this morning. The Express Skiathos was distinctly short of arriving passengers. Express Pegasus a little more busy.

Here delivering more heavy earth moving equipment to the airport construction site ...

Boys toys ...
Wednesday and Thursday, both promise to be rather breezy here once again.

My friend Stamatis and I, have both started the process of stockpiling kindling wood for winter. I think he has more than me, but I think mine is stacked better.

Stig delivered the chainsaw chains, on Saturday evening. What a great guy, getting them for me in Norway. This year he has delivered the chains, and even some Norwegian wood to me. We have lunch planned for Friday - `nudge nudge - wink wink`

Lesley is here too, spending her second holiday, doing good things up at the cat society. She very kindly brought out clothing supplies and some thoughtful gifts for junior. That as well as transporting 20kg of cat supplies. Not to mention some cheese too for 'you know who' - we are all very appreciative, Feline and Human alike ...

Both have some great photos, will see if we can share them here.

Next shipment from Blighty, is expected to be Marmite, for a learned friend in Denmark - where it is a banned food item. Coming the other way is ...

Well wait and see ...
