Wheels up ...

It is Scandinavian change over day

We had an aborted landing this morning down at the airport

I was talking to a customer, on the Paralia, when I heard the aircraft approach and the engine note change. I looked over (I often do - love watching the aircraft land and take off) and just caught sight of the nose start to lift as he pulled out of the approach.

It seemed that one of the Scandinavian SAS 737's was a little high, and turned away putting the wheels up over the Pounta as he went.

Nice view of him climbing out over Skopolos, to go around and do it again.

Five minutes later he was back for a textbook approach and landing ...
