Sun Sun Sun ...

I have caught the sun ...

Well it seems i have followed it all day long !

Its Theodora and Teo name day, hence the bakery sold out early and i was lucky to get some bread.

The sight of one Theodora buying all the tyropita and spanakopita, along with the prusso pittas - was a sight to behold. Then six loaves and a box of biscuits, that lady knew how to party, along with buying every doughnut - my current delicacy of choice.

I met my mate this morning, he popped in to town for a chat, and we met up at Goldfish bar on the paralia. Two 'Nes' coffees and after chatting for a couple of hours, i had to nip home. One glance in the mirror and a rosy hue from the morning spring sunshine was evident.

Junior had to be persuaded to come out to play, eventually we made it down to Vromolimnos, for a wander along the sand amd a kickabout with the beach ball.

We were rewarded with this view for our efforts ...

On the way back we stocked up on those lovely lemons, and checked out the bitter orange tree for fresh marmalade supplies. I am pleased to report the supplies are still available and destined for a jar near me shortly ...

A quick coffee and a walk along the paralia, where the bars and cafes were busy on this early spring day. Returning back to base, somewhat sunkissed and a little tired after being restricted to home for so long.

A day in the ozone and very nice it was too ...
