Christmas day ...

The house is still sleeping ...

Meanwhile downstairs the kitchen is busy. Guided by 'Saint Delia' i have been hard at work with preparations for lunch. I have guests coming a good Greek friend and his new English girlfriend

The turkey stock is ready, Turkey stuffed and seasoned, and anointed with Skiathos olive oil and lemons. I also have the bread sauce in progress.

Vegetarians and Vegan's look away now ...
